The gym is divided into cardio, stretching, strength and fitness zones, which allows you to work out on various simulators in comfortable conditions. The gym also features the latest generation of TECA — SWITCHING simulators, on which you can independently perform a circular workout. In addition to the main area, our gym has a separate additional area, which is called the "Green zone". In it, you can practice on the simulators of the Panatta Sport brand (Italy) in a more secluded and relaxed atmosphere. Following modern fitness trends and the requests of our customers, the following Panatta Sport simulators are installed in green zona:

• bench press in front of the chest while sitting up;
• laying out in front of the chest at an angle (Peck-deck);
• bench press;
• Modern ergonomic bench press;
• crunch stand;
• the buttock is tilted;
• and other sports equipment.

Each client, when visiting the gym, can use an additional service – a lesson with a trainer. Responsive and professional

We tried to equip the spacious Boxing and Martial Arts Hall as much as possible (2nd floor of the fitness center in the IFC). It has everything you need for fruitful training:
• stationary ring; • 15 punching bags, some of which are in the form of silhouettes, which allows you to effectively practice any kind of striking techniques with your hands and feet; • uppercut wall cushion for practicing powerful blows with your knees and hands from below, as well as side blows; • sports equipment, gymnastic rings, rope for crossfit, medballs; • free weights area; • farmer's neck; • tatami mat.

Our professional instructors with many years of experience will help you gain self-defense skills, get your body in good shape and gain many useful physical and moral qualities.

Swimming training
Experienced swimming instructors at IFC Mandarin will quickly teach adults and children to swim in any style and feel "like a fish in water".

The swimming training program will help adults and children who have always wanted to learn how to swim or dream of mastering new swimming styles. Under the supervision of a highly qualified coach, you will learn how to breathe properly, master swimming techniques, and understand how to behave while in the water. Chest crawl, back crawl, breaststroke and butterfly will be not just sports terms for you, but quite real proven swimming techniques.
